My CROCOPen™does not turn on	Check the battery level. Charge your CROCOPen™ if the battery level is low.
	Make sure to PRESS and HOLD the “On/ Off” button for 3 seconds.
My CROCOPen™ does not respond properly	Check your CROCOPen™ to make sure it is compatible with the book or content you read. (Phonics Learning CROCOPen™ is in blue, and Smart English CROCOPen™ is Green.)
	Read the contents with your CROCOPen™ inclining 20˚ - 30 ˚ against the surface of the book.
	Place the book on a flat surface such as a table.
	Touch the “GO” icon on book cover to activate the book again before touching other icons.
	Check the battery level.
	Switch off the pen and restart.
My CROCOPen™ frozes up and is not responding	Switch off the pen and restart.
	Check the battery level. Charge your CROCOPen™ if the battery level is low.
