Warranty Information

• The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer (“Consumer”) who purchase the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser / end user.
• CROCOPen™ is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that are not included in this product warranty.
• No warranty will be given to improper use or accidental use, such as neglect, overuse, immersion in water, battery leakage, improper installation or being repaired by any unauthorized party. If damages are not caused by defective production or material, the warranty will be voided.
• This warranty provides you specific legal rights or other rights, which may vary from country to country.
• The above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you if your country does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
• CROCOLEARN™ will either repair or replace your product according to our professional opinion during the warranty period.
• If your product is replaced, the replaced product will be covered under the original warranty or for 30 days, whichever is longer.
• Spare parts and labor cost may be charged for products after warranty period.
• Transportation, delivery and handling charges incurred in the transport of the Product to and from CROCOLEARN™ or its authorized service center shall be responsible by the Consumer.
• Please bring the product together with the original copy of proof of purchase to the local agent / distributor in your country for warranty service.
• This warrenty doesn’t cover books, stickers, ash cards or any printed product.
